Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Estimator to join our team in the construction industry. As a HVAC Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects using Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), DESTINI E, and other software as needed. Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify potential issues and ensure that estimates are accurate and complete. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop project schedules and budgets. Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather information and assess project requirements. Analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure that they are competitive and meet project requirements. Prepare bid packages and submit proposals to clients. Participate in negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Proficient in Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), DESTINI E, and other software as needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Ability to travel to job sites as needed. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
