In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating project activities, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Your expertise in construction estimating, project management, and technical drawing review will be vital to delivering projects on time and within budget. We are seeking an individual with experience estimating across all trades.

Responsibilities:

Review bid invites for viability Perform take offs of all trades (labor, materials, and specialty items) Work with vendor partners as needed for pricing Search out and secure bids from sub-contractors for project specific tasks as needed Perform field inspections when/as needed for verification of conditions Fill out any job specific documents to facilitate and execute project from start to finish Prepare proposals for presentation to the client Assist with material ordering Job provides: Flexible work hours Friendly work environment PTO program Opportunity for bonus
