We are looking for a highly organized, positive, and motivated Electrical Estimator Assistant to join and support our growing team of estimators. Responsibilities Assist with takeoff and data entry into electrical estimating software. Document management of all bid opportunities Assist with customer support and client communication Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Support sales team with follow-ups, scheduling, and administrative tasks Organize formal proposals and prepare for submittal to the client Be knowledgeable about electrical NEC. Coordinate with office staff, project managers, and vendors Be willing to learn more Qualifications Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to focus and concentrate on sensitive data entry Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable using computers and learning new software Experience with any estimating software, Microsoft Office, Excel, or similar software is a plus Why Join IEEC?
