We are looking for an experienced Insurance Restoration Estimator/Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate understands the restoration industry, takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can manage projects from initial inspection through approval and production.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial restoration projects Inspect job sites and determine scope of work Create and review estimates using Xactimate and other industry-standard estimating software Work with insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, customers, and subcontractors Navigate and manage TPA platforms and processes Prepare supplements, revisions, and supporting documentation Review estimates for accuracy and identify missing or under-scoped items Evaluate subcontractor bids and project costs Maintain accurate project documentation and budgets Build strong relationships with customers, adjusters, TPAs, and vendors Help sell OHI's services and develop new business Communicate effectively with Project Managers and production staff

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

5+ years of insurance restoration/construction experience Experience with fire, water, storm, or other property-loss restoration Experience with insurance restoration estimating and TPA programs Hands-on experience with Xactimate Strong knowledge of insurance claims, supplements, and estimating Experience with industry-standard estimating software Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass a background check
