Education and Experience:

High School Diploma College Diploma in Construction Management or related field preferred

Skills and Knowledge:

Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and MRP systems Ability to learn how to read shop drawings, architectural drawings, structural drawings, and diagrams Good math skills required Ability to work well with other ATI employees, owners, architects and general contractors Ability to learn new products in a fast paced environment

Essential Duties:

Find projects to bid on by working with existing General Contractors and researching using bid programs Respond to Invitations to Bid Submit substitution requests as necessary Perform accurate take-offs Follow up with GC's to get feedback on pricing Maintain a list of all projects bid and their value using the ERP/MRP Quoting Module This is an exciting opportunity for a person willing to learn new skills and willing to work hard.
