We're growing, our backlog is healthy, and we utilize a strong combination of trusted trade partners and in-house carpentry staff. We have a dedicated Project Manager overseeing production and an Office Manager supporting client selections and administrative coordination. Our company is currently doing a rough $1.8M in annual sales volume; we're looking for the right person to take us to $2.5M and beyond while maintaining the level of quality and client experience we're known for. We're looking for a construction professional who enjoys helping homeowners transform ideas into well-planned remodeling projects. This position combines residential estimating, project development, budgeting, scope development, trade partner coordination, and preconstruction planning. You'll work directly with homeowners to understand their goals, evaluate project feasibility, develop detailed scopes of work, coordinate subcontractor pricing, prepare accurate estimates, and guide projects through the preconstruction process until they are fully prepared for production. You'll meet with homeowners, learn about their goals, develop project scopes, prepare estimates, and guide them through the decision-making process. Success in this role comes from excellent communication, strong organization, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to create production-ready projects. Qualifications and Experience Residential remodeling estimating experience. Experience creating and amending contract verbiage. Residential construction experience. Residential project management or field leadership experience preferred. Experience developing project scopes and budgets. Strong understanding of residential construction methods. Ability to read residential plans and specifications. Experience coordinating subcontractors and vendors. Existing relationships with competent sub crews. Base Salary (Negotiable) $80,000 - $90,000 Performance Bonus (Negotiable) $0 - $20,000
