The ideal candidate will have a background in the cabinetry industry, and warehouse work. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Installer helper will be responsible for helping lead installer and warehouse prep work for the installation. Responsibilities Help a lead Installer for built in closet, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry with precision. Prepare for the installation. Warehouse work by using a forklift. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments. Experience Closet install experience is plus. Familiarity with reading blue print drawing. Experience in construction is a plus. Ability to use power tools is must Communication in English is must. Valid Driver's license is must. Forklift experience is preferable.
