Job Description
Crew Manager / Lead InstallerAbout the Role We are hiring a garage floor epoxy coating crew across South Florida. We're hiring one experienced Crew Manager to lead a 2-person installation crew. This is a hands-on lead role — you're on the tools every job, and you're responsible for training and overseeing your installer. Non-Negotiable Requirement You must have real, proven experience running a full polyaspartic system (base AND topcoat both polyaspartic) as a true one-day install. This is not the slower epoxy-base/polyaspartic-topcoat method — full polyaspartic cures fast (1-4 hours between coats) and requires efficient, practiced technique to execute correctly in a single day. If you haven't run this specific system start to finish, please don't apply for this role — we're happy to consider you for the Installer position instead, where you'll learn under an experienced lead. Pay Flat rate per completed job: Small job (1-car garage): $275 Standard job (2-car garage): $385 Large job (3-car garage): $495 Plus spiffs: $75 for closing an on-site upgrade, $50 for a referral that books another Anchor home service, $25 for a verified 5-star review. What You'll Do Run point on every job: surface prep, base coat, flake broadcast, topcoat, all in a single day Train and directly oversee your installer on technique and pace Run the on-site sales conversation when appointments come from our booking partners — inspect the slab, present options, close the job Flag any job that won't fit the one-day timeline (heavy crack repair, moisture issues) before work begins, not mid-job What You Need Proven full polyaspartic installation experience — see above, this is non-negotiable Your own reliable truck/vehicle and hand tools Valid driver's license General liability insurance under a "Floor Covering Installation" classification (we can point you to an affordable option if needed) Comfortable leading and training another installer Equipment note: don't own a walk-behind grinder or dust collector yet? We offer optional weekly rental ($75/wk grinder, $20/wk dust collector) so you can start without a big upfront buy.
