Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications Apply epoxy flooring using hand tools and power tools, ensuring even coverage and seamless finishes Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise installations Maintain safety compliance on construction sites by following proper handling procedures for hazardous materials and using personal protective equipment Perform floor refinishing, buffing, and water damage restoration as needed to achieve optimal results Assist with other building material installations such as carpet, vinyl, tile, hardwood floors, and fixtures to support project completion Skills Extensive experience in epoxy floor installation with knowledge of different coating systems Proficiency in construction estimating and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and floor care equipment safely and effectively Strong manual handling abilities for lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy materials or equipment Background in construction site experience including blueprint reading and building installation safety compliance Ability to perform flooring installation tasks such as tile laying, hardwood floor installation, vinyl flooring setup, and floor refinishing Familiarity with restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and renovation projects Knowledge of carpentry skills like trim carpentry, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and remodeling techniques Experience with construction painting, concrete finishing, buffing, and general handyman tasks Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier flooring solutions!
