You'll lead deliveries and on-site installations for custom displays, scenic builds, branded environments, and event projects. That includes loading and securing builds, coordinating delivery logistics, communicating with clients and venues, leading installation on site, and solving problems as they come up in the field. We need someone who is calm under pressure, highly resourceful, and comfortable taking a project and running with it. This role requires the ability to adapt to changing install conditions, manage tight timelines, make sound decisions in the field, solve problems efficiently, and keep projects moving forward. You'll often be the person representing Cedar & Spice on site, so strong communication, professionalism, and a genuine sense of ownership matter. We want clients to feel confident that their project is in good hands. You may be a great fit if you: Are a strong problem solver who can adapt quickly when plans change Stay calm and effective under pressure Can take ownership of a project without needing every detail spelled out in advance Are comfortable leading, instructing, and coaching unfamiliar crews through setup Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, venues, and teammates Have strong spatial and mechanical instincts Are comfortable using basic hand and power tools for installation and field adjustments Can safely load, secure, transport, and handle large or awkward fabricated pieces Are reliable, organized, and accountable Are available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, long install days, and occasional multi-day or out-of-town projects
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
