Pampel Design is looking for a motivated, dependable Installation Specialist to join our growing team. We install high-end custom window coverings, motorized shades, retractable awnings, pergolas, exterior screens, and outdoor living products throughout Santa Barbara, Ventura, and surrounding areas. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Install custom window coverings and outdoor shading products Safely work on ladders and at heights Lift and carry heavy materials with another team member when needed Use hand tools and power tools daily Program and test motorized shade systems Communicate professionally with homeowners Keep job sites clean and organized Use smartphones and tablets to access work orders, upload photos, and complete digital paperwork

What We're Looking For:

Construction, finish carpentry, or installation experience preferred Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Able to lift 75+ lbs with assistance Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player who takes pride in doing quality work Comfortable using technology, we're a paperless company.
