In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and privacy while ensuring optimal heat rejection and UV protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a passion for automotive customization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in automotive glass and tinting techniques within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualifications 1+ year of film installation experience High School Diploma Valid drivers license and auto insurance Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of reliability, accountability and initiative Willingness to work flexible hours Duties Be able to install film at a professional level and capable of completing quality tint jobs in a timely manner Independently handle all aspects of the window film projects from preparation to completion Bring a positive attitude to work everyday Ensure the team as a whole is successful by being willing and able to help other team members with shop projects and duties Provide excellent customer service Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application Measure and cut tint films accurately using manual glass cutting tools and power tools, adhering to vehicle specifications Install window tint films on various vehicle windows, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with attention to detail Handle glass materials carefully during installation, including automotive glass replacement and repair tasks when necessary Assist with auto estimating for tinting services and repairs, providing accurate assessments for customer quotes Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols related to power tool use and glass handling Provide excellent customer service by explaining tint options, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction Experience Dealership experience or background working in automotive service centers is highly preferred Hands-on experience with window tinting installation, including auto glass fitting and automotive glass repair Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience handling heavy lifting of glass materials and operating heavy-duty equipment safely Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software for accurate job execution Prior work involving auto body repair or mechanic experience is advantageous for understanding vehicle structures and repair processes Why Prestige Shine? •Use your talent and passion to develop yourself and make an impact Get recognized for your efforts and learn skills that will last a lifetime Work with the best companies in town Financial reward and flexibility to suit your lifestyle Commission on upsells and cross sells Snacks and water on deck Convenient location
