Full Time Opportunity with Paid Official Holidays, Medical Insurance and Year End Bonus Starting Wage of $18-25 with Opportunity for Raise. We are a growing custom glass and mirror installation company, looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced Head Interior Glass Installer to join our team, with the opportunity for raises as we expand. We require someone who has strong attention to detail, multitasker, a team player and well organized. You will be communicating across departments, primarily with the installation team and Management. You are expected to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and if requested, authorize a background check prior to your start date. The first thirty (90) days of your employment is considered an introductory period, hired as a temp to perm. Your performance during this introductory period is subject to evaluation to ensure that you are meeting initial performance expectations. After 90 days, you may be offered a full-time position at R.O. Projects Corp. and are entitled to receive benefits of PTO and Paid Holidays. The introductory period does not guarantee a future employment with R.O. Projects.

Hours and Availability Required:

Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Overtime upon request

Reporting Schedule:

Daily and Weekly reports on project and installation status.

Qualifications:

Satisfactory Background Check (if requested) Punctuality and Clear Communication Bilingual English/Spanish Minimum of 1 year experience installing interior glass Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Head Interior Glass Installer would need to possess the technical and organizational skills required to plan and execute installation projects involving frameless Shower Doors, Interior Glass Partitions, Mirror walls, Glass Railings in residential and commercial applications The lead will manage a crew of 1-3 installers, and will be responsible for ensuring that the installation is completed per plans Duties include managing production of their crew, while making sure that proper installation techniques are used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, local building code, and company policies and procedures In addition, the lead is expected to always maintain a clean and orderly work area, while providing and enforcing a safe work environment and safe work practices
