Responsibilities Assist lead installers with measuring, cutting, and preparing window treatments according to schematics and blueprints Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively during installations Help with heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure smooth project flow

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT MINIMUM

50lbs Prepare job sites by organizing materials, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Qualifications Prior construction estimating experience or familiarity with working with their hands Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction site work preferred Ability to lift heavy materials safely and work on ladders or scaffolding comfortably Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in shade/ drapery installation Must speak/ understand English This role offers an exciting pathway into the construction industry with opportunities to develop versatile skills across various aspects of interior finishing and installation.
