What You'll Do Install hurricane impact windows and doors in residential homes Follow manufacturer specifications and Florida building code requirements Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service Travel to assigned job sites as needed Minimum Qualifications Proven experience installing impact windows and doors Established installation crew Own truck and trailer Required tools and equipment Ability to read and follow manufacturer installation instructions and product approvals Strong understanding of proper waterproofing and installation methods Reliable transportation Willingness to travel within assigned territory At least one English-speaking crew member Required Documentation General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) Florida Workers' Compensation exemption or applicable coverage What We're Looking For We're looking for crews that are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality installations the first time.
