We primarily install Pella windows and doors , with occasional general construction and remodeling tasks. All tools, equipment, and on‑site training are provided. Responsibilities Measure window and door openings accurately Read and interpret construction plans and drawings Safely handle, fit, and install glass and window components Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation Install windows, doors, trim, and related fixtures Perform quality checks, alignment, sealing, and caulking Assist with drywall, framing, or other tasks as needed Lift and carry materials with assistance Requirements Construction or remodeling experience preferred (window installation a plus) Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement tools Ability to lift heavy materials safely Familiarity with glass handling, caulking, trim work, or framing is helpful Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt on-site Reliable attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn What We Offer Full on‑site training All tools and equipment supplied Growth opportunities in a small, expanding company Supportive, family‑style work environment

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.50 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 50.0 per week
