In this energetic role, you will be responsible for professionally installing window tinting films on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a sleek, high-quality finish that enhances both style and privacy. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations. Pay will be $150 per complete car completed (5 windows minimum) 30% Commissions on all other jobs. Duties Measure and cut window tinting film accurately using manual glass cutting tools to fit various vehicle windows. Prepare vehicles by cleaning and masking surfaces to ensure flawless tint application. Install window tint films on car windows, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with attention to detail. Operate power tools safely during installation processes, including trimming and fitting glass components. Handle automotive glass materials carefully during replacement or repair jobs, maintaining safety standards. Assist with auto body repair tasks such as fitting glass installation and minor mechanical repairs when needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols related to power tool use and glass handling. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the tinting process, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Operate company vehicles for job site travel, adhering to all traffic laws and safety procedures. Support vehicle maintenance tasks as required, including basic mechanical checks and light repairs. Requirements Proven dealership experience or hands-on work with auto glass installation or automotive repair is highly preferred. Skilled in manual glass cutting, auto glass installation, and automotive glass repair techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and auto estimating processes is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience in auto body repair or auto mechanic work is desirable but not mandatory. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
