Part-Time Window Treatment Installer, Join Our Team! For over 20 years, Budget Blinds of Grayslake & Libertyville has proudly served homeowners throughout Lake County. We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a part time window treatment installer. In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced Lead Installer, assisting with the installation of custom blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies while learning the trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to develop valuable installation skills. Previous window treatment experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. What We Offer Competitive pay:

$18.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience Part-time schedule: 20-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling Company work van provided during work hours All tools and equipment provided Opportunity to learn a skilled trade with room for growth What You'll Do Assist the Lead Installer with installing custom blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies in customers' homes Prepare materials, tools, and products for each installation Load and unload products and help maintain an organized work vehicle Learn proper installation techniques and motorization programming Help keep the warehouse clean and organized Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Budget Blinds professionally in customers' homes

What We're Looking For:

(Required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Ability to safely climb ladders up to 20 feet Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated (Preferred) Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Customer service or in-home service experience Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and tablets Strong attention to detail and organizational skills All offers of employment are contingent upon a background check and drug screening.
