Installer New Carlisle, IN Site Services Installation Technician -
Construction Site Location:
New Carlisle, IN (Must live within a 50-mile radius) We are searching for an experienced Local Installer New Carlisle, IN join our team at Subzero Engineering. This role involves working on active construction sites installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment in Mission Critical Environments.
Overview:
We are looking for Site Services Installation Technicians to join our team at Subzero Engineering, installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment in Mission Critical Environments. This is a construction site role, and construction experience is preferred. However, at a minimum, any hands-on work experience will be considered. Why Join Us? Responsibilities:
Work on active construction sites installing hot and cold aisle containment systems. Travel to project sites based on location. Maintain valid travel identification documents. Manage and submit expense reports. Perform basic construction tasks, including measuring, drilling, and assembling products. Follow multi-step instructions and stay on task. Troubleshoot installation issues with the Installation Lead. Represent the company professionally on job sites. Ensure compliance with customer regulations when working in classified areas. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition. Complete OSHA 10&30-hour safety training (provided by the company).
Requirements:
Construction experience preferred; however, any hands-on work experience (assembly, installation, mechanical work, etc.) will be considered. High school diploma preferred. Strong problem-solving skills. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and follow directions. Must meet the physical demands of the job, including: Bending, lifting heavy equipment, crawling, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and working in confined spaces. Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments. Commitment to client and business confidentiality.
