Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Glass Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks, particularly those related to glass installation and repair. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Glass Technician will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations and repairs while adhering to safety standards. Duties Install and repair glass in residential and commercial settings. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and fitting glass. Perform caulking and sealing of glass installations to ensure durability and weather resistance. Engage in fixture installation, ensuring all components are securely fitted. Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site, including carpenters and painters, to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in the Glass Industry. Strong skills in using hand tools commonly used in the industry. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team on construction sites.
