Responsibilities:

• Install and/or replace insulated glass, storm windows, vinyl windows, doors, screens, mirrors, caulking and more
• Ensure installations are completed safely and to the highest quality standards
• Be punctual, dependable, hardworking and looking for a career
• Good communication skills and provide excellent customer service while on-site
• Unload trucks and help out where needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Be able to do precise measuring

Qualifications:

• Window installation or construction experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions

Requirements:

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools or willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
