Window Treatment Installer Full-Time | Express Window Fashions & Drapes, Etc We are looking for a reliable, organized, hardworking Window Treatment Installer to join our team. This is an important role that requires excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and the ability to represent our company professionally in our clients' homes. Just as important as installation skills, we are looking for someone who fits our culture. We can teach and develop technical skills, but we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, wants to improve, and can be counted on to get the job done. Experienced individuals in construction, finish carpentry, cabinetry and other hands-on trades are welcome to apply too. What You'll Do Install custom window treatments including shades, blinds, shutters, drapery, and motorized products Complete installations accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of craftsmanship Provide a professional, friendly, and respectful experience for our clients Communicate clearly with clients and the office regarding projects and installation needs Check in and receive incoming orders and verify products against orders Organize and maintain inventory, products, tools, and installation materials Prepare orders and materials in advance so each installation is ready to go Review upcoming installations and think ahead about tools, materials, measurements, and potential challenges Identify and solve problems in the field rather than simply stopping when something doesn't go as planned Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, work area, and installation site Run business errands and assist with other company needs as necessary Communicate any issues, missing parts, damage, or potential problems promptly Work closely with the workroom, sales, and project management teams The Person We're Looking For Hungry

Requirements:

Candidates must be able to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds, read and accurately use a tape measure, perform basic math including measurements and fractions, and safely climb and work from ladders indoors. A valid driver's license and clean driving record suitable for business-related driving are also required.
