Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cutter to join our team. As a Cutter, you will be responsible for operating precision measuring instruments and logic controllers to cut materials according to specifications. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and hand tools. Experience with CNC machines and machining is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate cutting machines to fabricate materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate cuts
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Cutter or similar role
  • Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
  • Familiarity with hand tools and CNC machines
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
