This role is focused specifically on professional window tint installation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing window film and takes pride in clean, precise results. This listing is only for experienced installers, we do not offer any training. Responsibilities Install window tint on vehicles with a high level of precision and consistency Properly prep glass surfaces (cleaning, shaping, shrinking, and installing film) Cut, heat-shrink, and apply film to meet quality and appearance standards Inspect finished work to ensure no contamination, gaps, or imperfections Communicate with team members to complete jobs efficiently Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow shop procedures Handle materials and equipment safely during installations Qualifications 1+ year of professional window tint installation experience required Candidates with formal tint training and strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply Experience with vinyl wrap, PPF, or detailing is a plus (not required) Willingness to install tint on a variety of applications (automotive, commercial, residential, specialty vehicles) Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team What We Offer Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity to demonstrate skills during a hands-on evaluation Growth opportunities for motivated installers Inclusive hiring — applicants with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
