Job Description

Renuity, a national home remodeling leader, is seeking a Window Install Lead to oversee residential window installation projects. In this role, you'll lead a small crew, perform hands-on installations, and ensure each job meets Renuity's quality, safety, and timeliness standards. You'll manage daily jobsite setup, material checks, and final walkthroughs with homeowners, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring strong carpentry skills, prior window install experience, leadership capability, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise window installation crews on residential projects Perform hands-on installation, removal, and finishing of windows Ensure all work meets Renuity quality standards and manufacturer specs Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant jobsite per OSHA guidelines Review job plans, verify measurements, and confirm materials before install Communicate professionally with homeowners and address on-site concerns Conduct final walkthroughs and punch-list completion with customers Train and mentor installers on best practices and safety Coordinate daily schedule, logistics, and documentation for each job Report project status, issues, and material needs to operations/management Required Skills Residential window installation Carpentry and framing Jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Crew leadership and supervision Construction measurements and layout Use of hand and power tools Blueprints and installation specs reading Quality control inspections Customer communication Time and project management
