$40.00 - $45.00 / hour + Benefits + bonus Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Glass and Glazing Field Foreman to lead and assist our on-site installation teams, ensuring all systems - including curtain walls, storefronts, commercial windows and heavy glass - are installed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a vital link between management and the construction crew, you will also coordinate daily operations, manage teams, interpret technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish.

What You Will Do Lead and Assist Teams:

Supervise, assign daily tasks, assist with installs, train, and mentor a crew, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and according to project specifications.

Review Plans:

Interpret architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and submittals to plan daily field work.

Control Quality:

Verify rough openings, layouts, and final installations to ensure they are plumb, level, and watertight.

Enforce Safety:

Maintain strict job-site safety standards.

Coordinate Logistics:

Communicate daily progress and logistical needs with project managers and general contractors.

What We Are Looking For Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on commercial glazing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role.

Technical Expertise:

Deep knowledge of storefront systems, curtain walls, structurally glazed systems, commercial windows and commercial hardware.

Certifications:

OSHA 30, CPR and lift training certifications are required.

Safety Compliance:

Must possess a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Position is subject to ongoing random drug testing in compliance with safety regulations.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic digital literacy for field reporting.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy glass, work at heights on scaffolding/lifts, and work outdoors. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with overtime potential.
