Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance employee is responsible for inspecting doors, door frames, and related products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications before delivery. What's in It for

Who We Are Looking For:
Detail-oriented and quality-focused Mechanically inclined and comfortable taking measurements Reliable and able to follow instructions Good communication and organizational skills Door, millwork, warehouse, or quality control experience a plus
What You Will Do:
Inspect doors and door frames for quality, accuracy, and damage. Verify measurements, specifications, and customer requirements. Identify and report defects or products requiring rework. Perform final inspections before products are shipped. Verify products match shipping documents. Work with the Door Shop and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues. Assist with inventory and general Door Shop duties as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures and attend safety meetings. Be able to lift and carry products weighing 75-100 lbs. with a helper. This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings. At Rugby , our goal is to lead the industry!
