Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer / Wrap Installer to join our dynamic automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing window tinting and vehicle wraps, enhancing the appearance and privacy of vehicles while ensuring quality craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of automotive projects, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install window tint films on various vehicle types with precision and attention to detail Apply vehicle wraps, decals, and graphics using appropriate techniques and tools to achieve seamless finishes Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming to ensure optimal adhesion of films and wraps Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installation processes Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring no bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections remain Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor auto body repairs or glass installation as needed Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout each project Qualifications Prior dealership experience or automotive customization background highly preferred Knowledge of window tinting techniques and materials Experience with auto glass installation and auto body repair is a plus Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in vehicle maintenance and repair processes Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto assembly equipment confidently Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and auto estimating is advantageous Join our team to bring innovative automotive aesthetics to life!
