The Junior Installer is responsible for the vehicle installation of the window film products the store offers. Duties Possess knowledge and skill in the installation of the window film products the store offers Must be willing to learn and help with the installation of products as directed Maintain a clean working environment Assist Senior Installer with production to meet installation time objectives Establish and maintain service area workflow Demonstrate teamwork through positive, motivated behavior; providing support and accepting guidance from fellow team members and managers; working in cooperation with others to achieve desired results and exhibiting flexibility and adaptability Demonstrate effective communication by keeping others appropriately informed through the use of accurate, consistent, timely and straight-forward oral and written communications Demonstrate productivity, initiative and results by meeting commitments, accomplishing objectives accurately and on-time, establishing and managing priorities, accepting accountability for own actions and generating innovative ideas, approaches and solutions.
