This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills while supporting the installation of various window film products. As a Junior Installer, you'll work closely with experienced installers to ensure high-quality service delivery, gain valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to creating comfortable, safe environments for our clients. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment. The Junior Installer is responsible for the vehicle installation of the window film products the store offers. Duties Possess knowledge and skill in the installation of the window film products the store offers Must be willing to learn and help with the installation of products as directed Maintain a clean working environment Assist Senior Installer with production to meet installation time objectives Establish and maintain service area workflow Demonstrate teamwork through positive, motivated behavior; providing support and accepting guidance from fellow team members and managers; working in cooperation with others to achieve desired results and exhibiting flexibility and adaptability Demonstrate effective communication by keeping others appropriately informed through the use of accurate, consistent, timely and straight-forward oral and written communications Demonstrate productivity, initiative and results by meeting commitments, accomplishing objectives accurately and on-time, establishing and managing priorities, accepting accountability for own actions and generating innovative ideas, approaches and solutions. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and report any violations in a timely manner. Experience High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year experience in window film installation Punctuality Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to multi-task Able to give and receive instructions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Willingness to learn Capable of assuming responsibility Excellent verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
