Position includes Vinyl Installation, Fabricating, CNC and Laser Cutting and assembly of all types of high quality signage as well as interacting with the public in a courteous and professional manner. Key ResponsibilitiesSign Fabrication & Production Fabricate and assemble a wide range of custom signage, including dimensional signs, ADA signs, wall graphics, window graphics, banners, and branded displays. Apply vinyl graphics to signs, windows, walls, and various substrates. Operate and maintain production equipment, including: CNC routers Laser cutting systems Vertical panel saws Vinyl cutters and laminators Read and interpret production work orders, specifications, and installation instructions. Perform finishing, trimming, mounting, and assembly of graphic and signage products. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards. Installation Install interior and exterior signs, dimensional lettering, vinyl graphics, and wayfinding systems. Apply vehicle graphics, fleet graphics, and window graphics with precision and attention to detail. Perform on-site measurements and installations while maintaining a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Follow all safety guidelines and installation best practices. Equipment & Shop Maintenance Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Efficiently use measuring devices, including tape measures and layout tools. Demonstrate proficiency with precision cutting tools such as X-Acto knives. Maintain equipment and machinery in good working condition. Keep production and installation areas organized, clean, and safe. Project & Workflow Management Utilize production and workflow software to track job progress, deadlines, and project status. Meet production schedules and installation timelines consistently. Communicate effectively with production staff, project coordinators, and management regarding project requirements and timelines. Customer Service Greet customers professionally and assist with questions regarding products and services. Represent the company positively during customer visits and installation projects. Maintain a courteous, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented approach in all customer interactions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in sign fabrication, sign installation, vehicle wraps, graphics production, or a related trade preferred. Familiarity with vinyl application techniques and large-format graphics. Experience operating CNC routers, laser cutters, panel saws, or similar fabrication equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and production processes. Ability to read measurements accurately and work with detailed specifications. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license preferred .

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
