Job Summary:

The Window Service Technician is scheduled 15-20 services a week. Traveling to scheduled locations to repair/replace windows. Company provides vehicle and tools.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Repairs/Replaces balances, sashes, IGs. Inspects windows to determine what type of repair needs to be completed. Repairs/Replaces Cap windows with metal coil trim Recommends the best options. Installs windows in brick, siding and in various conditions. Records and documents work performed and what's needed to complete the job. Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

Extensive knowledge of windows and materials. Ability to repair or install windows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Clear Driving Record. Customer Service Experience.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Three years of related experience or comparable training preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Physically able to inspect a building by climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling. Physically able to install or repair windows and materials. Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
