AHT Wisconsin Windows is seeking a motivated Crew Helper to join our growing Window and Door Installation Team . In this role, you will work alongside industry experts and receive fully paid, hands-on training to master the trade. Starts at $18.00+ per hour (based on experience) plus bonus incentives.

Stable Schedule:

1st shift hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Provided for travel to job sites, with fully paid travel time.

What We Need From You Valid Driver's License:

Required to operate the company-provided vehicle.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to consistently lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Experience Preferred:

1+ years of general construction or handyman experience is a plus, but not required.
