Wilco Exteriors is looking for an experienced 1099 window installer or installation crew to partner with us as we continue to grow our window division. We are a professional exterior remodeling company specializing in windows, siding, roofing, and doors. We are looking for reliable subcontractors who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can deliver a high-quality finished product for our homeowners. Service Area Projects are located throughout Southeast Wisconsin and parts of Northern Illinois , including the Janesville, Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, and Rockford markets. What We're Looking For Professional window installation experience Experience with replacement and full-frame window installations Ability to properly flash, insulate, seal, trim, and finish window openings Experience with exterior aluminum trim/capping Ability to troubleshoot installation and existing-condition issues Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness Professional communication with homeowners and Wilco staff Reliable transportation and necessary installation tools Ability to travel throughout our service area Proper insurance and documentation required for subcontractor work Experience installing entry and patio doors is a major plus. Compensation 1099 subcontractor - paid per project / scope of work. Compensation is based on the size and complexity of each installation and will be discussed with qualified installers or crews. Requirements Applicants should be able to provide documentation typically required of independent subcontractors, including appropriate insurance and a completed W-9.
