Job Description This is a physically demanding job, and we want you to know that going in. Crews report to the office at 5:30 AM and work until the job is complete. Expect to be on your feet all day and working in confined spaces — attics and crawlspaces — often in Florida heat. If you show up ready to work hard, we'll make it worth your while with strong daily pay, bonuses, and room to grow. You'll be installing insulation, performing insulation removals, air sealing, and completing crawlspace/attic services in residential homes across the Tampa Bay area. Responsibilities Perform insulation removal, air sealing, and blown fiberglass reinsulation per company standards Assist with spray foam and crawlspace encapsulation projects as assigned Arrive at the shop by 5:30 AM daily and work until the scheduled job is complete Follow all safety policies and use required PPE Submit accurate job photos and paperwork on time Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Attic Queen with excellent customer service Responsible for keeping company vehicles and property clean inside and out Take pride in their work and in the company Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete scheduled jobs Qualifications Must have a clean background and driving record Required to have reliable transportation to and from the shop, arriving by 5:30 AM Physically able to be on your feet all day and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces Comfortable with hard physical labor in the Florida heat — climbing, crawling, lifting, and working in tight, hot, dusty, or nasty spaces Valid driver's license preferred (required for Driver roles) Prior insulation, construction, or trades experience a plus — but not required; we train the right attitude Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork — this job isn't for everyone, but it rewards those who show up and grind

Compensation & Pay Structure Daily Minimum Guarantee :

up to $225/day (based on role — Duke Approved Driver, Duke Approved Non-Driver, Non-Duke Approved Driver, or Non-Duke Approved Technician)

Production Pay:

earn based on completed work — paid the greater of production pay or your daily minimum

Weekly Production Bonus:

$100 for meeting attendance, safety, and quality standards

Customer Recognition Bonus:
