Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company Travel Expenses Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity Long-Term Growth Potential Tiello is partnered with a rapidly growing national mechanical insulation contractor in the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to support complex industrial, mission-critical, data center, food processing, and large-scale mechanical projects throughout the Midwest. This position will play a critical role in strengthening project execution as the organization continues to expand into larger and more complex work. The ideal candidate will come from a strong mechanical, industrial, insulation, or specialty contracting environment and understand how to manage projects from turnover through completion with a heavy focus on cost control, forecasting, estimating, field coordination, and operational accountability . What You'll Do Manage large-scale mechanical insulation projects from preconstruction handoff through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, scope, and overall financial performance. Work closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure clean project handoffs. Review estimates, proposals, and project assumptions prior to execution. Track job costs, forecasting, change orders, billing, and project profitability. Identify project risks early and develop solutions before they impact schedule or margin. Coordinate with field leadership, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Support Foremen and field teams across active project sites. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Help improve internal project management processes as the division continues to scale. Travel to active project locations as needed. What We're Looking For Strong Project Management experience within mechanical construction, mechanical insulation, industrial construction, or specialty contracting. Experience managing complex and fast-moving construction projects. Industrial, mission-critical, or data center experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of estimating, job costing, forecasting, scheduling, and project financials. Ability to review and validate estimates at a high level. Experience coordinating field labor and working closely with construction leadership. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a growing organization where processes are continuing to evolve. Ability to travel regularly throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions.
