Job Description

Agreed Scope of Work
Complete tear-off of all existing wood siding and old particle-board/OSB sheathing on the entire house (original structure; garage evaluated separately if needed).
Installation of new 7/16-inch OSB sheathing, installed section-by-section.
Full replacement of all insulation (cellulose or equivalent bat/R-13 as needed) to eliminate air gaps, settled areas, rodent damage, or other deficiencies.
House wrap / weather barrier over new sheathing.
New vertical ProSnap 28-gauge metal siding (concealed-fastener, standing-seam appearance, G100 galvanized, 200+ mph wind rating, Energy Star rated). Full-length panels from bottom to top with no horizontal seams.
New aluminum soffit and fascia.
Premium 6-inch gutters with gutter guards and downspouts (color-matched).
Removal and reinstallation of existing exterior light fixtures/sconces, window trims, and other attached items.
Full debris removal, including dumpster fees, and magnetic pickup of nails/screws from the yard.

$600.00 per week
