Gas & Lunch company card included with position• The main role of the Crawlspace Technician is to install our full crawlspace encapsulation system and insulation as scheduled by our team. The Crawlspace Technician will also be responsible for other tasks including but not limited to mold remediation, sump pump installation, french drain & dehumidifier installation as well as other tasks as necessary.

What We Offer:

Base pay starting at $35k/year, or up to $50k/year based on experience/skill

Supply:

Comfortable work shirts, hats, headlamps, knee pads, body suits, gloves, masks & protective eye wear. Must provide your own work jeans or khakis.

The ideal candidate is someone who ... Has previous experience with crawlspace encapsulation (preferred), or experience with repair work in the crawlspace (joists, girders & piers). Is willing to be flexible in duties from day to day. Has a Driver's License, and is able to pass a DMV license check and have reliable transportation to and from work. Professional in their interactions with both customers and coworkers. Has a desire to reach and exceed set goals in all areas of the job.
