Entry-Level Insulation Technician Pacific Insulation LLC Spokane Valley, WA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Safety equipment provided Opportunities for advancement Tools provided Qualifications Abatement remediation method Customer communication Mold remediation Asbestos Certification Driver's License Ability to follow instructions Clean workspace maintenance Working on construction projects Full Job Description Pacific Insulation, Mold & Vermiculite Remediation Position Overview Pacific Insulation, Mold & Vermiculite Remediation is seeking hardworking, dependable, and motivated Technicians to assist with insulation installation and removal, mold remediation, vermiculite removal, containment setup, cleanup, and related construction services. Technicians are expected to work safely, maintain professionalism, follow company procedures, and support the crew lead in completing projects efficiently and correctly. This position involves physically demanding work in attics, crawlspaces, construction sites, and other challenging environments. Primary Responsibilities Jobsite Duties Perform insulation installation and removal Assist with mold remediation projects Assist with vermiculite removal and containment procedures Set up and remove containment systems Operate tools and equipment safely Load and unload materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized jobsites Follow proper cleanup and disposal procedures Assist with vehicle loading and organization Follow directions from the Crew Lead and management Safety & Compliance Technicians are required to follow all company safety policies and regulatory requirements at all times.
This includes compliance with:
Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (SRCAA) regulations OSHA standards Washington State safety requirements Company policies and procedures Technicians must: Wear all required PPE properly Follow respirator and containment procedures Report unsafe conditions immediately Never bypass safety procedures Follow all decontamination requirements where applicable Safety is a condition of employment. PPE & Equipment Pacific Insulation, Mold & Vermiculite Remediation will provide required PPE and safety equipment.
Technicians are responsible for:
Properly using provided PPE Keeping equipment clean and in good condition Reporting damaged equipment immediately Maintaining accountability for company tools and equipment Vehicle & Shop Responsibilities Technicians are expected to help maintain: Clean company vehicles Organized trailers and equipment Clean work areas Clean shop and storage areas free of debris Properly stored tools and supplies All employees are expected to take pride in company equipment and maintain a clean, professional work environment. Professional Standards Technicians are expected to maintain: Professional appearance Professional demeanor Respectful communication with customers and coworkers Positive attitude Strong work ethic Reliability and punctuality Employees represent Pacific Insulation, Mold & Vermiculite Remediation on every jobsite and are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Knowledge & Training Technicians will receive training in: Insulation procedures Mold remediation procedures Vermiculite removal procedures PPE use Respirator procedures Equipment operation Jobsite safety Containment procedures Employees are expected to actively participate in training and continue improving their knowledge and skills. Communication & Accountability Technicians are expected to: Communicate respectfully and honestly Report problems or concerns promptly Notify supervisors of safety concerns Accept feedback and direction professionally Work as part of a team Maintain a dependable attendance record Physical Requirements This position may require: Climbing ladders Working in attics and crawlspaces Lifting heavy materials and equipment Working in hot, dusty, or confined environments Extended standing, bending, kneeling, and crawling Employees must be physically capable of safely performing assigned duties.

Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
