ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Work with all types of insulation materials, including USA Premium injection foam, spray polyurethane foam, loose fiberglass, ventilation and other products
• Work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Work outdoors on ladders (up to 28')
• Ability to climb (including a ladder), bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand daily to perform work.
• Work with hand tools, drills, pumps, and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
• Provide excellent customer service, including keeping interior and exterior of home/business clean during and after installation

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be insurable to drive company vehicles
• Must complete and manage paperwork as needed
• Must have good organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to lift and move 80 lbs.
• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, and other tools
• Must be coachable and a team player

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Insulation or construction experience desired but not required
• Ability to trouble shoot products and insulation problems
