Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Iron Workers for an immediate opportunity in Bridgeport, AL!

HOURS:
Shifts will be 8-hour workdays, 5 days per week (40+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE
Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 7:00am•4:30pm

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Ironworkers to join our team on a large-scale data center construction project. The ideal candidate will have experience erecting structural steel, installing iron components, and working safely in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. Responsibilities Place, fit, and install structural iron beams, columns, and steel framing. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering specifications. Align, bolt, weld, and secure structural steel components. Assist with steel erection using cranes, rigging, and hand and power tools. Verify proper alignment and structural integrity during installation. Follow OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety requirements. Work effectively with supervisors, crane operators, and other construction trades. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area. Qualifications 5+ years of verifiable experience as an ironworker on commercial or industrial construction projects. Data center construction experience is preferred but not required. Ability to read construction drawings and structural plans. Knowledge of rigging, steel erection, and fall protection requirements. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights. Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must be able to pass drug screening .
Use of PPE Required:
Hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and harness.
