Under minimal supervision, these positions will support the team in meeting production goals safely and effectively. Our team operates 4 days a week on 10-hour shifts and OT as needed. MIG welding, all positions (including overhead), and fabrication. Analyze engineering drawings/blueprints, assemble using tools and fabrication machines, cut/contour metal, weld and consult on progress with the team, inspecting for functionality and safety. Accountability and time-sensitive execution are critical in this position. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing experience Fabrication/ fitter/ machinist experience Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently Qualifications Preferred Welding Certification Ability to read CAD/Blueprints 6G Certification Hall Group is the parent company to the Bush-Whacker rotary cutter brand and Hall Tank, a tank manufacturing company, both located in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
