This team member will be responsible for hands-on processes in production of signage. This including mainly working with metals, welding and fabrication tools, and reading sign schematics in order to create the desired sign. The team member must be able to withstand working in a fabrication shop environment and in the heat.

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in sign industry a plus.
Sign Fabrication:
1 year Preferred Ability to read a ruler and tape measure. Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions; this includes hot summer conditions and cold winter conditions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, production oriented environment. Experience with welding. Experience with power tools. Knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, products a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Keen attention to detail. Must be to multi-task. Ability to work independently and as an integral team member. Professional, upbeat, positive attitude, and must accept constructive criticism. Ability to work with Windows PC platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Producing faces, cabinets, or structures with the goal to create a functioning sign. Unload shipments that come in when available. Maintain a production schedule and meet deadlines. Maintain superior quality on all individual and team-related work. Work with co-workers to understand their needs and provide guidance for best solution. You will be expected to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested by your supervisor.
