• is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team at Banner Health Center plus in Glendale, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative, integrated team in a modern health center serving the growing West Valley community where you'll provide full-lifespan primary care alongside specialists, imaging, and pharmacy all under one roof.
• Minimum Qualifications
• + Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required + National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required + Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date + Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances + CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required + Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred + Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care •Compensation & Benefits•+ $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives + $5,000 Sign-on Bonus + Annual performance bonus opportunities + Medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans + Paid time off, including CME + Benefits eligibility within 30 days + Career advancement opportunities + A focus on provider well-being and work-life balance + Retirement plan with employer contributions + Employee discount programs + PSLF eligibility •Why Banner Health?
