In this role, you will be responsible for reading and understanding assembly instructions, ensuring necessary materials are available, and taking precise measurements to ensure the perfect alignment of components. You will also operate cutting tools to cut and shape metal, and use welders to join metal parts. Ensuring safety and structural integrity is a top priority for all welds and metal structures. We work in both the commercial and residential industries, specializing in fabricating stairs, railings, awnings, and other custom ornamental or architectural metal work. As part of the interview process, you will be required to pass our standard one-hour fabrication test.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM
4:00 PM (overtime available)

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure accuracy and precision.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
