Responsibilities Overall assistance with completion of projects Manual labor (use of shovels, lifting materials, job site cleanup, demolition, use of power tools, loading/unloading materials, digging trenches, etc.) Assist with plumbing of pool and equipment Assist with prep of pools for plaster Assist with dig, steel, & layout of pools/fountains Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of debris Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications Experience & Technical Knowledge:

An understanding of plumbing & construction a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Spanish a plus but not required

Soft Skills:

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and exceptional customer communication skills.

Independence:

Ability to manage a daily schedule, work independently, and complete multiple service tasks efficiently.
