Operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations Inspect, sort, and package products to meet quality standards Perform routine maintenance and follow established work procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and team-focused work environment Cross-train and assist in other areas as business needs arise What's Needed? Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools Comfort working while standing or sitting for long periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset Flexibility and commitment to meeting customer and production needs High School Diploma or equivalent, with solid English and math skills What's in it for me? 1st
