Weekend Awake Overnight DSP - $1,500 Sign-on Bonus

STRIVE U

is a two year residentially-based program that provides post-secondary education and training to young adults with developmental disabilities in the realms of residential, employment, and community skills with the goal of enabling its graduates to live and work as full community members with maximum independence, productivity, and dignity.

We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Direct Support Professional to work with our students to support them both in their residence and on the

STRIVE U

campus during the overnight hours. Hours are Saturdays-Sundays 7:45 pm - 8:15 am. Hours in other programs to make a full-time position may be available to the interested applicant. This position is the first line of contact for the residents. Individual must be able to be work independently under minimum supervision. Must be able to handle crisis situations if they should arise.
