Must have your own tools Make precision your craft Join a fabrication and assembly team focused on building small weldments and custom details straight from drawings and specifications. When fabrication work eases, you'll pivot to mechanical build duties to keep projects moving. What you will do Fit and weld small, custom components using MIG and TIG Transform blueprints into accurate, production-ready assemblies Contribute to mechanical build activities during lighter fabrication periods Uphold high standards of reliability, attendance, and teamwork What you bring Demonstrated experience as a Fitter Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications Physical readiness to bend/squat, and lift/carry 60 lbs.
