$20.00 - $28.00 / hour (based on experience) The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder / Fabricator to join their team in Concord, NC. This position focuses on building high-quality aluminum structures, frames, and custom components in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment. Quality is the name of the game here! What You Will Do Perform MIG aluminum welding for structural frames, enclosures, and custom components. Fabricate and assemble aluminum parts according to blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders. Cut, bend, drill, and shape aluminum using fabrication tools such as press brakes, shears, and saws. Grind and finish welds to meet both structural requirements and high cosmetic standards. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency before moving to the next production phase. What You Will Bring 1+ years of aluminum welding and fabrication experience in a production environment. Strong proficiency in MIG aluminum welding (TIG welding experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and work orders.
