What You'll Do as a

Finishing & Paint Technician:

Apply stains, sealers, lacquers, topcoats, and paint by spray and by handRun UV, non-UV, and multi-day paint / cabinet finishes, planning around dry timeKeep work always moving: something active, something drying, something staged and readyBatch and paint legs by color to fill short windows and keep output highSand between coats, then buff and rub out to the final sheenCoordinate with sanding, metal fab, and shipping so nothing is a surpriseInspect every piece before it moves: clean, consistent, and complete What You Need to Bring to the
